Convert Files to iPod Video Format

I was in a slump. The reason was this; I will soon be getting an iPod Video, if Bestbuy decides to stop being idiots and get more than 5 like the did last time, and anyways I wanted to covert some of my movies or shows to quicktime format for the iPod....but I did not have a good program for doing it. Well this program called Videora not only does this, it makes it the exact size as the iPod's screen! What a great feature.
